How long we keep your information
Retention period
If you become a client we retain your file for the period required by the IAA Code of Conduct which is at least seven years.
If you submit general enquiries but do not proceed your information may be deleted or anonymised after a reasonable operational period.
Disclosure to third parties
When we share your information
We may share information only when necessary with
• Service providers who support our systems for example secure cloud storage or website hosting
• Immigration New Zealand and related bodies only after signing a written agreement
• Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers if you instruct us to do so
